The Vets

Christopher Kirner BVetMed MRCVS

Chris joined the practice many eons ago and became the owner and principal in 2000. He has no pets at the moment but does have two children.

Ashley Naidoo BVSc MRCVS

Ashley graduated from Durban university in 2000 before moving to the UK and joining us. He has 2 cross-breed dogs called Gus and Bernie and is heavily involved in the local round table charitable association.

Elizabeth Jones BVM&S, BSc MRCVS

Liz graduated from Edinburgh university but came home to Wales to join us in 2008. She is a keen scuba diver and has a spaniel called Ruby and a horse called Red.

Kinga Mazurek MRCVS

Kinga joined us in 2019, she is a lovely young enthusiastic new member of the veterinary team. She has a puppy called Jinx who keeps her very busy!

Joseph Masters MRCVS

Joe joined us in September 2020 graduating from Nottingham University. He has proved very popular with clients and is a superb assesst to the team. He has 2 dogs Ted and Frank who often accompany him to work. Joe enjoys the mix of small and large animal practice, he recently gained OV status allowing him to TB test.

Sarah Palmer

Sarah is a qualified vet nurse here . 

Heather Wood

Heather is a qualified Veterinary nurse. She has a degree in animal science and owns a laborador called Monty and a horse called Duke.

Laura Simmonds
Laura is a qualified veterinary nurse. She has boxer called Benson who is a firm favourite with everyone in the practice

Steve Davies 
Steve is our trainee veterinary nurse, he is a very keen and hardworking member of our nursing team. He has lots of pets who keep him busy in his spare time!

Office Staff

Lucy Griffiths

Lucy has worked with us since 2009, starting as our evening receptionist and has taken over as practice manager in 2018.

We also have a friendly team of office staff and receptionists, Carol,  Leo ,Rose, Julie, Jessica and Nicole.
